As you probably know, Nick Clegg is the leader of the Liberal Democrats (Lib Dems), a political party that joined a coalition with the Conservative Party after the last general election in the UK. Mr Clegg announced just a couple of days ago that he was sorry because during the campaign he made a pledge (promise) not to raise tuition fees (tasas de matrícula) for students. But they have, surprise, surprise!!!!!
